Welcome to LiveRoll. These Terms govern your use of liveroll.live and any features we offer through it. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

What LiveRoll is

LiveRoll is a free-to-play simulation game. The dice rolls and game outcomes are derived from publicly available live sports data (currently Major League Baseball play-by-play data). LiveRoll is provided for entertainment purposes only.

No real money. No deposits, no withdrawals, no purchases of in-game currency or items.
No prizes. Leaderboard rankings and account history have no monetary or redeemable value.
Not gambling. Because we do not accept consideration and do not award prizes, LiveRoll is not a gambling product under U.S. law. It is a free skill/simulation game.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LiveRoll. By using the site, you represent that you are 18 or older. We may ask you to confirm your age.

Accounts

LiveRoll uses anonymous account tokens stored in your browser. We do not require email or password. If you clear your browser storage, your account history may be lost. We are not responsible for lost progress or leaderboard standing due to browser settings, device changes, or storage clearing.

Acceptable use

Don't use LiveRoll to:

Attempt to bypass or break the site, its systems, or its data sources;
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the site;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the site at scale;
Use the site if you are under 18, prohibited by your local law, or otherwise ineligible;
Misrepresent your identity to game leaderboards or other users.

We may suspend or terminate access without notice if we believe these rules have been violated.

Sports data

Live sports data is sourced from public APIs (e.g. MLB Stats API). We do not represent, endorse, or affiliate with Major League Baseball, MLB Advanced Media, any team, or any league. All team names, logos, and player names are property of their respective owners and are used factually for entertainment context only.

Intellectual property

The LiveRoll site, brand, software, and content (excluding third-party sports data) are owned by us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Disclaimers

LiveRoll is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of sports data, or any specific game outcomes. Sports data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveRoll and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us — which is zero.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the site operator is domiciled.
